Welcome to Chester Zoo

We are a fantastic day out for all the family! We have over 400 species of rare, exotic and endangered wildlife, and 11,000 animals for you to see and learn about. A day here with us is educational and fun, and our Discovery and Learning Team are all enthusiastic and passionate about animals, and will share their expertise with you, teaching you about wildlife, different habitats, sustainability, climate change, conservation and more! You will learn some amazing facts, can come and attend our workshops, and relax at our great cafes and restaurants.
