And more! UKSA can also run corporate training days on their yachts, which is a fun day for everyone. UKSA works with schools and youth groups, as well as with adults wishing to gain some RYA qualifications, top up existing skills or start from scratch. They have short course and career courses. They also provide opportunities for people with disabilities to develop watersport skills. UKSA also take part in yacht racing in order to give young people a chance to develop their confidence. UKSA also runs personal development courses such as youth engagement and back to work programmes.
The charity patron is HRH Princess Royal, and being a charity means there are often funding opportunities for the right candidates.
