Welcome to the Torquay Wind & Surf Centre where you can learn and practice a variety of thrilling watersports here on the stunning Cornish coast. We offer Kitesurfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding lessons and experiences, giving you the skills you need to excel at this sports or providing you with exhilarating experiences out on the water.

All of our kitesurfing instructors are BKSA approved and our paddleboard instructors are certified by the BSUPA.  All of the necessary equipment is supplied for courses. We can offer you the following courses and experiences:

• Stand Up Paddle Surfing Introduction
• Stand Up Paddle Surfing 1/2 Day Coastal or River Cruise

Stand Up Paddleboarding is a great activity for fitness as you will use your whole body including your core muscles to paddle and glide over the water. We offer great introductory courses that will familiarize you with the basic techniques of flat water paddleboarding including positioning, turning and even paddleboard surfing if you´re up for it! We provide you with all of the necessary equipment and excellent instruction from our qualified coaches.
We offer the following Paddleboard sessions:

Welcome to Torquay Wind & Surf Centre Kitesurfing!

We provide full kitesurfing instruction; it is an extremely exhilarating sport that should not be attempted without supervision. There are lots of fast runs and lots of airtime... it´s a real adrenaline sport!

The learning curve is much faster than surfing or windsurfing, which makes it a fairly accessible sport. Your technique is the most important element and our BKSA approved instructors will help you to achieve your goals.

You can expect to be provided with the latest equipment that has the best possible safety features. We provide free of charge:
