At Isle of Wight Adventure Activities Paddleboarding, you will meet at Freshwater Bay, where you will get your gear (A wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet)
When you go Paddleboarding, you use a paddle to move yourself across the water while standing on a board. In these classes you will learn how best to do this. Depending on the weather conditions, you may be able to surf the waves in the bay, or just paddle around the area and enjoy being out on the water in an amazing location.
All equipment for the activity will be supplied, and your guide will offer tips and hints in order for you to improve your techniques. The Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) trips are for beginners or families that would like to stay together.

If you want a wide range of challenges for all rock climbing abilities and for all ages, Isle of Wight Adventure Activities climbing wall at Sandown has it all. With a helmet and harness supplied, and an experienced climbing instructor on hand to ensure your safety and give you some helpful hints.
The 2 hour climbing sessions are available every Friday morning during the school holidays, and while the sessions are aimed at novice climbers, those with more experience are welcome to try the huge range or routes available.
The rock climbing wall at Isle of Wight Adventure Activities is realistic and 45ft high. No matter your skill level, you will have a very enjoyable time climbing the wall at Isle of Wight Adventure Activities.

An exciting and fun alternative to paintballing and airsoft, you will have a blast running around the woodland, hiding from your ‘enemies’ and planning your ambushes. Work on your skills by sneaking up towards the other teams base, and avoid getting tagged by them!
Just five minutes drive from Newport, there are many types of different challenges and combat games that you can do. Laser tag is ideal for children, so have a two hour session with your whole family and have fun while bonding or give your child a really fun party with their friends.
