Description of Beamish Wild High Ropes

If you would like to swing through the trees without a care then you are in the right place. Beamish Wild Ropes Activity Centre is the North East´s new high-wire adventure centre. We cater for everybody including families, school groups, corporate days out, hen & stag parties and anybody else looking for a thrilling adventure.

You will experience the ultimate natural high climbing through tunnel nets, jumping from trees, etc. Our fully-qualified instructors will ensure that you get the most out of your visit, whilst enforcing the safety regulations at all times.

We are located in the beautiful grounds of Beamish Hall Country House, easily accessible from Newcastle and Durham.

Description of Beamish Wild Adventure Park

Beamish Wild Adventure Park is a great place to come with your family. Combine the park with the High Ropes, or if you are too young (under 10) or scared to go up high, just come to the Adventure Park and enjoy the over 20 activities on offer.  Some of the activites to do in the park include;

  • A low ropes course – A great team building activity, this will test your planning abilities and teamwork, as well as your balance!
  • Assault Course – scramble through nets, navigate the woodland maze and work your way over the swings!
  • Crate Stack – work together to build a tower, while two of your team stand at the top. How high can you go?
  • Shelter Building – Learn some bushcraft skills.

And more! Great for birthday parties, hen and stag parties and corporate team building events.

Description of Beamish Wild Archery

Archery is a really fun sport to try out, and at Beamish Wild, you can give it a go when you come down to the Beamish Wild Adventure Park. Compete against your friends and family, and try and get that elusive bulls eye!
Archery is also part of the course that schools who come to Beamish Wild can do, along with other fun activities.
Beamish Wild also has other fun activites to do, like;
