Banham Zoo

Banham Zoo is a great place to bring your family, school or youth group for a really fun day out learning about different animals from all around the world. As well as having a look at all the great animals that populate the zoo- you can also have a go on the Sky Trek, a great high ropes course that is fun for everyone to do. For kids that are too small to go on the main Sky Trek, there is a Junior Skytrek for them to try out as well!

There are lots of opportunities to meet the animals as well, and you can also do many fun things like take a photography course in order to improve your skills and get some great shots of the animals.  There is also a fun farm barn where kids can get up close and personal with the animals. Banham Zoo is a great place to come with your family for a fun day out. There are many different animals that you can see, and many different ways you can interact with the wildlife that populate the zoo.

• Amazing Animals – This presentation takes place throughout the year, and allows you to see some great animals, and learn lots of interesting new things about them.
• Birds of Prey Display – Learn more about these beautiful birds and see them in action as you enjoy a educational and fun half hour with these amazing birds.
• Farm Barn – Bring along the kids and visit the pigs, goats, llamas and more. Give them a pat as you feed them and enjoy being around some great animals.
• Lemur Encounters – Walk through the enclosure and enjoy watching the lemurs play around you.

At Banham Zoo, not only can you see some great animals, you can also have a go on the Sky Trek, a really fun High Ropes course for everyone aged 6 and up. Challenge yourself on this great high ropes course. Located right next to the giraffes, this is a fun activity for the whole family to do together. High Ropes might seem scary at first, but it is a great way to challenge yourself and give yourself a thrill. A great activity for the whole family to try out together.

If you have children under 6 and over 4 with you, they can join in the fun as well with the Junior Sky Trek.
