Welcome to the Erith Yacht Club, where we provide RYA (Royal Yachting Association) courses to all levels and abilities as well as a fantastic sailing club that happily welcomes new members. Using our modern fleet of training boats and comfortable clubhouse, our courses are the best way to get out on the water and to learn how to sail. We are fortunate to be situated on a wide stretch of the river within easy distance of London and the M25 making us a convenient location for the majority of our sailors.
All our courses are run by qualified instructors and there are opportunities to keep sailing at the various events taking place at the club. We can also welcome you to the Erith Yacht Club – the Premier Sailing location on the tidal River Thames.
Our sailing and racing takes place of cruisers and dinghies and we participate in exciting inter-club races with other clubs along the Thames.
