Offshore Sea School

They say water and sea have always amazed people and there might be some truth in the statement because at Offshore Sea School we've been teaching everyone who wants to practise powerboating as a beginner or a professional for over 40 years. Where? But, of course, in our beloved Pwllheli (Gwynedd, Wales), a beautiful town at the feet of Afon Erch River.

At Offshore Sea School, we have always believed that having a previous contact with water sports are not a must to actually enjoy them. However, we take Powerboating seriously because it's not only what we love the most, but because it's what we would like you to adore as much as we do. Thus, we are a team built with people that will welcome you with a complete briefing about anything you need to know to sail: how to arrange a boat, how to use equipment, what safety rules are... And though they are necessary, we also think that if you learn them by having fun, you will remember them for the rest of your life.

In addition, we have instructed more than 100 people over the years, from beginners to experts. That's why we have created two courses that we know that will definitely fit you: a Powerboating Course (Level 1) for kids from 8 to 12 years old, where families are very welcome too; and another one thought for those who want to take the practice to the next level with our Powerboat Course 2.

Moreover, did you know that we have instructors like Pete or David Jones? They, like the rest of the team, will pay attention to small things that you have to keep in mind, they will repeat everything in order to avoid doubts and, of course, they will make you feel at ease.
