Welcome to Go with the Flo! We offer the best Stand-up Paddleboarding (SUP) in the area of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire! With our amazing routes featuring the beauty of surroundings and natural infrastructures, you will enjoy this experience with us!

SUP strengthens the arms, legs, back, shoulders, and core power as it works your core muscles! You will be using your whole body for this activity.

Moreover, it minimizes tension and stress! Being outside, taking in the scenery, interacting with other paddlers, and savoring the unique experience of standing while paddling on waters all work together to dramatically lower stress. The completion of the activity makes the participants feel happy and content, which is comparable to other activities but requires less strenuous activity!

You will be guided by our approachable and experienced instructors! They will be providing your equipment and the safety briefing before doing the activity. We take your safety extremely seriously even if falling in can occasionally be half the pleasure. A flotation device will be made available to everyone participating. We are prepared to provide first aid for every scenario, and all boards come with a leash.
