Description of Wild Nature

Wild Nature is a great company that works with families, children, individuals and groups in order to get them closer to nature and become more aware of the world around them, using great bush craft and survival skill activities.  You can book a fun child’s birthday party, or take a day course in foraging, where you will learn to pick food from the environment around you, and then cook a meal made from the things that you have collected that day.

Wild Nature offer rites of passage for all ages and people, where over four weekend camps and a 5 day camp, you will get in touch with yourself and renew your energy, allowing you to cast off your shackles and start anew. Description of Wild Nature Hiking

Hiking is a great activity, and Wild Nature put a different twist on things with their bushcraft and survival skills courses. Some of the great courses that you can do with them include:

Where the Wild Things Are – Fun for 6 to 8 year olds, learn how to build a shelter, make a fire and identify animal tracks. Fun games are played and you can also learn some new skills.

Apache Wild – Learn how to blend into the woods, track animals, set an ambush and sneak up on your friends and family. A great activity for those aged 8-11

A forager’s feast – Learn how to forage from the environment around you, and create a wonderful meal with the things that you have discovered.

 Rites of Passage – A great way for adults to get back to nature and themselves.

Description of Wild Nature Archery

Archery is a great sport, and at Wild Nature, you will learn more than just the normal target practice.  With Wild Nature’s Bows and Arrows day, you will learn how to craft your own bow and arrows. When you have finished making your tools, you can test them out, or you can use Wild Nature’s own childrens and adults bows and arrows. As part of the day, you will take place in some fun competitions.

Wild Nature will also teach you other bush craft skills during your day with them, and there will be fun games and stories as well. Othe fun days that you can do with Wild Nature are Apache Wild days, where you learn how to track animals, set an ambush and become insivible as you are walking around the woods.
