Rock Steady Adventure Rafting offers a classic team building exercise that is still very popular today!
The teams participating in this activity are provided with a range of equipment they need to design and build their own "sea worthy" craft to carry all the members of their team to a specified destination.

They can add further tasks to the challenge with additional equipment being available at hidden locations to further test everyone\'s mental abilities and ensure that everyone decides who would be best at which activities.

Rock Steady Adventure can organise archery experiences as part of a wider group activity or team building event - sorry but we don't currently offer archery as a standalone activity or for individuals/families.

After instruction from a suitably qualified course leader and some practice time they can manage the point scoring competitions so there is no dispute who is king (or queen) of the bow!

Test your nerve with our ever popular abseiling activities at Rock Steady Adventure Abseiling! Suitable for people of (almost) any age and thanks to our highly qualified expert trainers there is no experience necessary.

As well as abseiling after climbing and as part of our gorge walking adventures we can also organise abseiling events at our place of work or other town centre locations. We only need to undertake the appropriate checks and risk assessments first of course but once the day is planned you could be challenging your co-workers to abseil the height of your building!

Come and plow through tricky and rough terrain with Rock Steady Adventure 4x4 Routes! We arrange 4x4 events with the option of using your own vehicle or one of ours either as a specific event day or as part of a wider ranging outdoor experience.

With a purpose designed and built course that will test your, and your vehicles capabilities to the limits there\'s lots of muddy fun to be had for people of all abilities - from first time off roaders to those wanting to push their limits and develop their winch recovery skills.

We are a great activity for groups of friends, and we can cater for groups such as stag and hen parties, birthday parties, and corporate days out.

Rock Steady Adventure Coasteering provides a thrilling adventure that combines the skills of rock climbing and abseiling with the fun of gorge walking.

Based on the East Coast of Yorkshire our Coasteering activities are currently available for groups of at least six people on an exclusive group basis (rather than a publisc course).  Later in 2012 we hope to offer public coasteering events so smaller groups can enjoy the experience.

Once you're down at sea level you get a totally different perspective of the Yorkshire Coastline and you can choose to stay (reasonably) dry or GO FOR IT by leaping into rock pools – coasteering is enormous fun for all involved.

All safety equipment (climbing harnesses, wetsuits, helmets etc) are provided - you will need some old trainers or walking boots and swimwear/tee shirts for under the wetuits.
