There is nothing better than a nice trip navigating the waters of the region, right? Together with Peaks and Paddles, you can get on board this canoeing activity to go around Derbyshire Peak District, offering a variety of options depending on what you want to experience. Keep reading to know more about this awesome activity in a canoe that for sure is the perfect getaway.

We offer from a canoe trip of approximately 2 hours, up to a day onboard. You will be going through different canals that are almost 4 miles at the Rivers' Derwent waters. Something to highly is that you also will be able to appreciate the beautiful countryside at the Peak District, letting you enjoy every paddle plus the fauna and flora you will see anywhere you turn.

We encourage groups of families and friends to live this experience, but please know that all under 18 years requires a parent or adult with them during the session selected. Peaks and Paddles brings a deep underground journey practising caving, letting everyone discover unique adventures down there, hidden with a lot of adrenaline while we face the unrecognized. Peak District is the perfect area where we can explore caves that have been there for over 300 million years and experience something completely new.

We are waiting for everyone that wants to discover what is under us, going through narrow spaces, experiencing muddy paths, getting wet and not leaving anything behind us. Join with family and friends (under 18 must have the company of a parent or adult), suit up and be ready for a full expedition. We are also pleased to say that you can do our caving experience at any time of the year since sometimes it is even warmer inside the cave than outside, perfect don't you think?

We can go through Devonshire Mine or Carlswark Cave; each one has its special element, one involving more physical effort than the other. Peaks and Paddles are also offering other caves upon request like Giants Cave, Jug Holes Cave among others.

Everything that goes up goes down right? Well, Peaks and Paddles is offering a perfect abseiling adventure with the ideal time to feel some adrenaline. Additionally, appreciate views from up high, enjoy the unique journey on your way down, and practice some skills that we daily don't use since we are accepting this high challenge with the best team.

This abseiling experience consists of descending from a heigh while you are tied and supported by a harness on your way down. If you want to be part of something different, an activity out of the ordinary, this is your opportunity to enjoy a vertical journey with your friends and family (minimum age is 5 years). Because of the progress of abseiling, Peaks and Paddles host small groups for everyone to be safe nevertheless to enjoy this high trip.

This adventure is perfect if you would like to gain confidence, challenge yourself, and strengthen your adventurer soul. Something unique from Peaks and Paddles abseiling is that you can do this experience at night, giving extra emotions and a thrilling time to share with your people; you can also participate in an 80ft trip or the nice rocks at Black Rocks.
