Nae Limits is one of Scotland´s best adventure activity centres! We are located between Edinburgh and Glasgow, providing you with the perfect escape from the city for the day. We take our jobs very seriously, which is why we are a multi-award winning centre and supported by the Scottish Tourist Board. At Nae Limits Canyoning there are three different canyoning levels:

• Bruar Adrenalin Buzz
• Upper Bruar Big Buzz
• Full Day Bruar Extreme

Why should you do it with us? Because we consider ourselves the best at canyoning in Scotland. This is not gorge walking as our canyons involve ropes, harnesses and jumps. Don´t be put off; we will select the appropriate route for you depending on your abilities and confidence. Furthermore, if there is a part that you do not feel comfortable completing we always have an alternative way around.

The Bruar Adrenalin Buss is suitable for everyone and no previous experience is required. It includes slides, scrambles whitewater swimming and the ultimate cable traverse. You will be kitted-out in a full climbing harness at all times.

The Upper Bruar Big Buzz includes all the best bits but in a shorter 5 hour trip. It is an authentic adrenalin rush activity and the climax involves a 120 ft abseil down a waterfall!

The Full Day Bruar Extreme is one of the best canyoning adventures in the U.K. It is exclusive to Nae Limits Canyoning and you will find the adrenalin fix hard to beat. It includes rock slides, big drop plunge pools, cliff jumps, tricky traverses and massive rope lowers making it the best we have to offer.

Nae Limits Rafting is the most awesome white water rafting available in Scotland. We have the best river options in winter, which enables us to open all year round. The fun never stops! And in the summer months we have introduced twilight rafting, which further increases the intensity of the moment.

White water rafting is one of the most popular of all adventure sports. What´s more, it´s a great social event, you can organise a group booking in order to celebrate your birthday or perhaps you are looking for a corporate day out.

We divide each river by grades. The River Tay is a grade 2/3 run ideal for beginners. The high water gets the adrenalin pumping and the 8 mile stretch enables you to practice the fundamentals of rafting.

The River Tummel is a grade 3/4 run that introduces heart-stopping drops! It is the perfect and best-selling run for hen & stag parties.

The River Orchy is our highest graded run and the ultimate buzz! You must have been white water rafting previously in order to participate.

Nae Limits Paintball is the newest and most dynamic paintball site in Scotland! Just in case you don´t believe us:

We have worked hard to develop many different gaming zones and scenarios. Paintball is the perfect team-building activity or maybe you would prefer a basic shoot ´em up game. Most of the scenario-based games are also reversible so you can choose which part you want to play and change roles on your next visit.

• Two towers

We also regularly update and introduce new games so that the challenges are distinct and not repetitive.

Nae Limits Quads is THE perfect excuse for a dirty weekend! Available seven days a week, we strive to be as flexible as possible regarding timings and dates.

We are based in picturesque Perthshire so you can enjoy the scenery from your all-terrain quad. Our estate offers the ultimate experience, which has been described as ´a cut above the rest´.

Your visit will begin with a safety briefing about your quad bike and it’s potential. Afterwards, you will be on your way; trekking up-hill and down-hill, through heather fields and muddy lanes. We believe quad biking is the ultimate outdoor experience, which can tackle any weather situation. In fact, the more it rains the more fun it gets!

Are you scared of heights? Nae Limits Abseiling can help you overcome your fears:

´Ropes plus heights – my ultimate nightmare! But what an achievement – that was awesome.´

Abseiling is a great land-based adventure activity suitable for everyone. We will start-off with a straight-forward abseil in order to build your confidence. You will have to trust us! Our instructors are all fully-qualified experts in the field of abseiling and your safety is their number one priority. Once you are ready, we will challenge you to abseil down a 25 metres high cliff! Don´t be put off by the heights, after a half-day session with us you will want to do it all again we promise.

Abseiling is a great individual and group activity. If you looking to share the experience with friends there is no problem that some are more experienced than others; our instructors are trained to adapt each descent according to the person´s ability in order challenge them a little. There are no limits with Nae Limits Abseiling!    

Clay pigeon shooting is available most days at Nae Limits Clay Pigeon Shooting. We provide one of the finest and most scenic clay pigeon shooting facilities in Scotland. We are located approximately one hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, making us the perfect escape from city life for the day.

Our equipment is state of the art and simulates a variety of moving targets such as the bolting rabbit and driven pheasants.  If you would like to organise a group booking we can run the event as a competition to see who is the best shot.
