Lusty Glaze Surfing is the ultimate surfing school! We are located in Newquay, Cornwall and our stunning beach provides the perfect learning environment.

We have exclusive access to some of the best surfing conditions. There is no better place to start surfing or brush up on your skills.

You can choose from the following options:

• Learn To Surf: We offer a variety of surfing lessons designed to suit your ability. Our expert surfing instructors have a wealth of experience that they will share with you in a friendly and professional manner
• Junior Surfing: These classes are designed for children aged between 7 – 16 years old. We provide a safe and controlled teaching environment that is patrolled by professional lifeguards at all times
• Bodyboarding: Learn to bodyboard in a fantastic location. We will take you through the basics of sea safety, swimming with flippers, how to catch a wave and essential bodyboarding manoeuvres

• 15 Minute Taster Session: You will get a quick taste of jet skiing as a passenger. Perfect tuition for newbies and water explorers.
• 30 Minute Session: You will get a proper high-speed jet skiing experience and discover the many hidden coves along the Newquay beach coastline.
• 2 Hour Jetski Safari: This is our ultimate jet skiing experience. The extended trip allows you to explore secluded beaches and marine wildlife as well as ride under high cliffs. Waverunner Safaris involve every adventure in a water splash of fun.

Lusty Glaze Climbing provides the best coastal rock climbing experience in the U.K.! It is a test of nerves, skill and agility.

Our expert climbing instructors will determine the most suitable sections of the cliff to climb according to your level of fitness and previous experience. As a beginner, we will introduce you to the world of rock climbing gradually as we want you to feel safe and confident.

The basic skills you will learn include:

• belaying equipment
• selection

Then we will test your knowledge on the rocks!

We don´t have the mountains but Lusty Glaze Mountain Biking has some very steep hills to test your biking skills.

Mountain biking is a great outdoor sport that gets your adrenalin pumping. Our challenging terrain is suitable for all levels of mountain bikers. It is a great alternative to our standard activities.

We have everything covered so all you have to do is book your first ride with Lusty Glaze Mountain Biking and then the adventure can begin. 

Lusty Glaze Abseiling involves learning how to abseil down sea cliffs! It is an exhilarating experience that will test your fear of heights. The stunning sea and coastal views make our abseiling centre particularly special.

You will be abseiling down 100ft high cliffs! Each route is graded according to its difficulty. As a beginner, we will start with the basics and easier abseils and for the more advanced groups we have an abseil that involves descending into the gaping mouth of a huge cliff!

We allow you to progress at your own pace and there is no rush. Our expert instructors are adept at improving your self-confidence and technique so that you will want to continue with your training. This activity is available for 8 year-old children and upwards. You will need to wear comfortable trainers and loose clothes for freedom of movement.

Lusty Glaze Coasteering brings you an amazing experience and an adrenaline-soaked view of the Cornish coast.
