In the Kingswood stables of activity centres, Kingswood Peak Ventures is set across nine acres of excellent parkland for you and your school group to enjoy together. As one of only two Kingswood centres to be a AALS registered Watersports Centre, there are many great activities that you can do during your stay. Some of these activities include;

• Canoeing
• Climbing
• Orienteering
• Abseiling
• Archery
• High Ropes
• Quads

Canoeing is a great, fun summer sport, and at Kingswood Peak Ventures,  qualified British Canoe Union instructors will take your group out on the water and play some fun games and activities in the fun North American style canoes. While you are canoeing at Kingswood Peak Ventures you will learn basic paddling skills in order to get the most out of the session.

Climbing is a great sport for fitness and strategy, and Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre has a great climbing wall for you have a go on. Once you are confident, Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre instructors will play games with everyone, holding races and even blindfolding people who would like to try climbing in the dark!

Abseiling is a really fun sport to try out, and at Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre, they have a great purpose built wall for you to try out. Why not combine Abseiling with climbing, so that you are already used to the height when you start bounding down the wall? If you choose to do abseiling just by itself though, Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre excellent staff will support you every step of the way down.

Archery is a great traditional sport in the UK, and Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre has a great place for you to do it as one of the many activities that you will do while you are there.  With the range being a flexible one, it can be adjusted to the skill and age level of the children having a go, so the whole experience will be fun for everyone.

High ropes are one of the most popular activities to do at Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre.  With a great course to try, the high ropes course at Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre is a great way to get your students to work together as a team, increase their communication skills, and bond as a group. A low ropes course is also available.

Quad biking is a fun activity for anybody. Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre have a great, purpose built track for the students to race around on. After listening to a safety brief, and putting on their safety gear, the kids can drive around the area under the watchful eyes of Kingswood Peak Ventures Activity Centre instructors. An even better activity when it has been raining!
