Karting North East

Karting North East, near Newcastle and Sunderland, first came to be when we set up our first karting circuit in the autumn of 1996. The circuit has since been amplified to its current incarnation as a wonderful 1200-metre track.

The circuit also has floodlights so you can get the most out of the experience of high-speed night karting. Karting North East is also constantly extending its repertoire so that we are able to offer an exclusive and varied range of activities to our adventure-loving guests. At the moment we offer the opportunity to experience:

• Karting by day or night on our 1200-metre track.
• Thrilling speedball sessions with obstacles and high pace as an alternative to your original paintball games.
• Cross-rainrance Quads where you can eat up the miles with speed and power.

The centre is also the home of the Tyne and Wear Kart Club which organizes fun race days for drivers every month. We also own an on-site Kart Shop where you can snap up all the accessories that you need to accompany your life in the fast lane.

Karting North East Karting offers you the unique chance to race at one of the UK premium circuits. We can accommodate up to 25 drivers, all racing at any time, making the challenge and competition more exciting. All safety equipment is provided along with a trophy to the team's reigning winner.

Karting North East Karting is also dedicated to nurturing new talent and has opened a brand new circuit at Warden Law, which is only for use by juniors, so they can get introduced to the world of speed at their own comfortable pace.

We have many formats, including Grand Prix, Endurance, Arrive and Drive and race sessions, so you can leave as a complete driver with different skills under your belt.

Have you ever experienced a brand new twist to the traditional extreme sport of paintball!? Well, if you haven't, now it's the time to get to grips with this fast-paced game of strategic and tactical moves.

Karting North East Paintball is a tournament-format game that provides you with the opportunity to keep shooting and hitting targets without having to wait around for earlier casualties.
You can enjoy the specific characteristics of the game, which include:

• 100 metre x 50 metre custom-built arena with a soft rubber base
• Obstacle course including giant reels and inflatables that give shelter as you doge the opposition
• A two-hour session with at least six games to play.

Nurtured in this ideal environment, you can shoot as much as you can to defeat the enemy. There are 30 places available for this event, having the choice of competing with or against your buddies.
