Haywood Oaks Activity Centre Archery offers a multitude of different outdoor leisure activities, and archery is more of the best! As the medieval (and never repealed) law says, every man between 14 and 40 must practice archery for an hour every Sunday! This ancient sport still has merit today!

Welcome to Haywood Oaks Activity Centre Clay Pigeon Shooting!

Nottingham City Centre is 15 minutes away, Mansfield is 10 minutes away, and Sherwood Forest and Centre Parcs are 5 minutes away from our location.

We provide clay-target training, mentoring, and coaching to participants of all skill levels (beginners to experts). We also have six full-time CPSA-certified shooting teachers on staff, all of which have either England caps, UK Championship titles, Regional titles, or County titles under their belts. Our operations started more than 60 years ago, and we often host regional and national clay shooting competitions. All queries will be addressed, and safety guidelines will be provided.

Current England players, people doing stag and hen parties, customers on a family time, game shooters, individuals, and business clients or clients doing team building are the types of participants we typically have.

Another thing is that we welcome everyone, irrespective of age and gender, and there is no limit to the number of persons who can participate in this activity. With 25 targets or more, participants can do anything.

Furthermore, we provide a variety of shotguns to fit your strength and size, all of which employ low recoil cartridges to prevent kickback.

Clay Pigeon Shooting is best for relaxing and honing one's skills. All levels can be customized depending on your preferences, as we offer different shooting layouts with varying shooting disciplines.

These enormous 3 metre inflatable balls are equipped with a double harness, and with your partner, you´re both strapped in for the ride! With their 175 meter track, the twists and turns provide oodles of different twists and turns, you´ll never know what´s next!
