This thrilling experience consists of you stepping backward off the cliff face, harnessed into a belayed rope system. As you lower yourself down in total control of your descent, you can break and hold yourself on the rock face or with a bit of practice bounce down the side of the cliff before coming to rest at the bottom, enjoying the sense of accomplishment that comes from facing your fears and coming out on top.
