Welcome to Absolute Adventure Caving.

We invite you to discover the world beneath your feet! There are many fantastic underground caving systems in Wales, from large caverns to small passages.

On your arrival we will kit you out in waterproof caving overalls and you will be provided with a hard hat with a powerful headlamp so that you can find your way in the dark.

There is a lot to see and our professional guides will inform you about the caves unusual features along the way.

Our caving expeditions can be as challenging as you want; there is plenty of rope work such as abseils and tight squeezes to complete if you are feeling daring enough.
