Aberfal Outdoor Pursuits is a family run company based near the Helford River. We are fully qualified, insured and licensed.

We offer you the chance to take part in outdoor activity sessions, days or holidays such as Kayaking tours on the Helford river and Archery sessions or lessons in the gardens of Carwinion house. All of which are based in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

In essence Aberfal Outdoor Pursuits lets you use our Knowledge, experience and equipment to utilize being in one of the best locations with full access to some of the most breathtaking seascapes and landscapes in the UK.

Aberfal Outdoor Pursuits now can offer you the chance to gain HSE reconised first aid quailifactions. Also the chance to take part in certifacted Outdoor activity first aid training courses.

We have sit-on-top kayaks available for a truly uplifting and positive river experience.

Our centre is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – we boast some spectacular scenery! You will explore hidden creeks, paddle remote sports and peer into the depths of clear blue waters on your guided kayaking tour.

It is an eco-friendly way of travelling around Falmouth. Furthermore, kayaking is extremely safe and lots of fun. It will be an occasion to remember.

Welcome to Aberfal Outdoor Pursuits Archery!

In ancient times it was mandatory for all men of a fighting age to practice archery. It is a sport that dates back to 25,000BC, and has created legends such as Robin Hood.

If you would like to test your heroic skills against family, friends or work colleagues, we can help. Learn the basics under the supervision of an expert instructor. Some friendly competition will get your adrenalin pumping!

Enjoy practicing archery from our great outdoor range in the beautiful Carwinion Gardens. Our coaches are all GNAS registered so you can be sure that you will receive all the tuition necessary to be able to hit the target and leave feeling extremely happy with yourself.
