Welcome to Shipley Lane Equestrian Centre!

We are a British Horse Society approved equestrian riding school located just outside the historic village of Alnwick in Northumberland. We offer a variety of activities and adventures including:

• Children´s holiday courses
• Countryside hacking and trail rides
• Indoor and outdoor arenas
• Stabling and grazing
• Riding lessons, training and schooling
• B & B for horses

We proffer lessons, rides, and our other services to both individuals and groups. Courses are also held regularly for beginner and skilled riders. We have plenty of mounts available for everyone, with in excess of 21 horses on site and open to use. You can also take one of our hacking and trail rides from our facility going through our large 250-acre parcel of land. Finally, we offer the full range of livery services to those who want them.

All lessons are tailor by experienced and certified instructors. Also, all tuition is available for everyone, from age to skill levels.
