Since 1999, At Bourton Vale Equestrian Centre, we have provided the best home for our animals and customer service for our visitors.

Based at Bourton-on-the-Water near Cheltenham, we were founded by Leanne and Justin Launchbury through a love of animals and a passion for horse riding. What started as only a hobby and a small riding club we were and still are so passionate about has flourished into a thriving Cotswold riding school and business.

Now we are home to around 50 members in our saddle club and a welcoming hub to many tourists who share our passion for horses and ponies, many of which are rescue animals. Hence, we provide them with a better home and allow our excited visitors to have a wonderful horse-riding experience.

We offer a range of services and ways for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the beauty of the Cotswolds while learning and building equestrian skills.

Take a tour of the picturesque villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter, where you will experience the stunning sights, all while riding one of our magnificent horses or ponies. You can also enjoy expert tuition from our qualified instructors if you want to take this horse riding more seriously.

We are a registered pony club centre, so we can offer all the fun and excitement any child could want from a pony riding experience. We have glorious horses for beginners and beyond of all ages.

Our centre is on the A429 Stow Road/Fosseway in Bourton-on-the-Water. We are facing the Coach and Horses Inn, so we suggest using this and the postcode GL54 2HN to find us, as problems can arise, and you could end up in the wrong place when looking for us on sat-navs and google maps. On the road, you will see a sign for The Cotswold Brew company, and once you turn right, you will see our sign. Please pull up to the automatic gate, and you should be able to get inside.

Please arrive around 15 minutes before your session, and park in the parking area instead of the yard, as there may be children running around.
