Boltby Pony Trekking & Trail Riding Centre

Welcome to Boltby Pony Trekking and Riding Centre!

We are a trekking and riding centre based on a working farm in the village of Boltby, North Yorkshire. Our location gives us spectacular scenery to enjoy, as well as access to a wide variety of bridleways, hills and moorland trails to enjoy and explore on horseback.

We welcome all ages and abilities, from complete novices to the more experienced rider, and we welcome both individuals and groups.

Our Horses

We have a range of horses and ponies to cater for a wide range of abilities, from 12hh to 16hh.

Horse Riding

We offer a range of rides, from 30-minute rides for children, to introduce them to riding, to 1 and 2-hour treks. Our treks are available all year round, and in the summer we run longer trail rides. All of our rides are run by professional and friendly staff, who will give all of the advice and instruction that you need. On treks, you will also be accompanied by one of our trekking guides. We also run Full Day Rides, Pub Rides and Picnic Rides, and between May and September, we run two-day trail rides, with bed and breakfast stop for more experienced riders.
