Welcome to Central Helicopters!

We offer a wide range of services from our location at Nottingham Heliport. We have been operating for over 10 years, and own our fleet of helicopters, meaning we can offer you greater flexibility with flights. Our fleet consists of Robinson R22, R44 and Bell 206 Long Ranger helicopters, which are perfect for any occasion.

We offer both pleasure flights and tours over Nottingham, the Peak District, Yorkshire, and the Lake District, as well as trial lessons and pilot training. We welcome complete beginners and offer trial lessons if you want to come along and try this exhilarating experience.

Trial lessons can lead onto pilot training, or make a great gift for a loved one to give them an unforgettable experience. If you would like to learn to fly a helicopter on your own, you can take one of our courses and get your light aircraft, private or commercial pilot's licence. 

We also offer a private helicopter charter service for business meetings, weddings or any other special occasion; our helicopters can transport up to six passengers.
