Trial Lesson – There are many different types of tester lesson you can choose from to suit all budgets and needs. These make great birthday presents or are a great way to test if you will like doing this sport.

Flying Start – A great taster introduction that is a bit more detailed and longer than a trial lesson, this is for people who are starting to get serious.

Learn to Glide – If you have decided that you love doing this sport, this is the course for you. You start with a 5-day course where you will learn all the basics and then you are welcome to come back anytime during the year to practice.

Summer course – these 5-day intensive courses are hard work, but at a student and instructor ratio of 2:1, you will learn in no time at all
