We welcome mixed parties and children, and provide free basic rods and tackle for beginners. Specialist rods fitted with multipliers and braid can be hired, and tackle is also available on board. Bait can be ordered for you in advance.
Our Location
We are based in Cemaes, ideal for sea fishing trips off Anglesey. North Anglesey extends around 20 miles into the Irish sea, so you don´t have to travel far to reach the wrecks that like to the North and West of the bay, meaning you can spend more of your time fishing.
Our Vessel
´Stingray´ is a safe and comfortable, purpose built vessel, coded to carry up to 10 people. She is fully insured in full compliance with the 60-mile code of practice, and all electronic equipment was recently replaced with the state of the art electronics including:

Fishing Trips
There is a large variety of species that you can hope to catch. Cod, coley, huss, pollock, spurdog, ling, conger, skate and tope are the most commonly caught species.
Scenic Coastal Sea Trips
Join us on one of our scenic coastal trips where you can observe and explore the cliffs and coves and off shore islands, including Middle Mouse, West Mouse and the Skerries Lighthouse.
For those interested in photography or ornithology, or those who are just animal lovers, you will have the chance to observe the Artic tern and puffin, and dolphins, porpoises and the Grey Atlantic Seal, of which there are several colonies off Craig yr Lwrch, which is West of Cemlyn Bay.
Our scenic coastal sea trips are also a different and fun way to celebrate a birthday or a special event, or just to get away from it all and relax for a few hours.
Filming
The Stingray has previously been used for filming at sea, for documentaries etc., as it provides the ideal stable platform. .
