Our Vessel

Predator III is Ireland's fastest charter boat, it cruises at 21 knots and reaches a top speed of 31 knots.

Onboard you will find a full galley and an onboard toilet.

The Predator III is helmed by fully qualified and well experienced seaman, Hamish Currie, who will be able to use his wealth of knowledge to provide advice and make sure you get the most out of your trip.

Although it is mainly used for fishing trips, The Predator III can also be used for sightseeing, birdwatching and many other activities.

Predator III offers a no fish - no fee policy, the only boat in Ireland to do so.

Our Location

We are based in Red Bay, on the pretty and picturesque North coast of Ireland. The variety of fish that you can hope to catch here includes shark, skate, dogfish, conger, spotted ray, thornback ray, blond ray, cod, pollack,  mackerel, whiting, gurnard, herring, coalfish, haddock, wrasse, dabs, turbot, and plaice.

Clifden Country Galway

In Clifton Country Galway you will be sailing om ´Blue Water´, a 40ft Cygnus Cyfish. She is fitted the following equipment:

• Colour fish finder
• WHF
• Radar
• GPS Plotter

There is also a toilet on board. The ´Blue Water´ can carry up to 12 people, and on this trip there will be a variety of excellent fishing grounds, great reefs and broken grounds for many different species and shark marks.

Cobh Cork Harbour

In Cobh Cork Harbour you will be sailing om ´Cuan Ban´, a 38ft Aqua Star. She is fitted with the latest electronic equipment, including:

• Navigator
• VHF
• Colour sounder
• Full safety equipment

There is also a toilet on board. The ´Cuan Ban´ can carry up to 12 people, and on this trip you will have a good mixed fishing for wreck, shark and reef.

Kilmore Quay County Wexford

Here you will be sailing om ´Enterprise´, a 36ft Offshire 105. Enterprise is fitted with the latest electronic equipment, including:

• Fish finder
• GPS
• Radar
• VHF
• Full safety equipment

There is also a toilet on board.

The ´Enterprise´ can carry up to 10 people, and on this trip you will see mostly reefs but with some wrecks, sand fishing and mixed ground, with the possibility of catching a huge variety of species.
