Something we ask all participants is that they are able-bodied and capable to swim around 50m without aid in deep waters.
Since this is a private lesson, the maximum number of people per session is two. Also, apart from wetsuits, all the training equipment is provided (you can hire it from us). Time to practice this fun watersport that will challenge you in different ways, but will leave you satisfied at the end of the day.
