2.5 h SUP Session at Lower Town Harbour Fishguard

Our SUP Sessions are perfect for anyone who wants to give it a try or gain more knowledge on this exciting sport. Our activities last for about 2 hours and a half. We are passionate about the sea and the outdoors, and we try to share that passion with our visitors. You can find us in Fishguard.

Everyone seems to be getting the bug of SUP. Do you want to find out why? Well, it is a fun activity that allows you to relax while you stay active, and the best of it all, it’s easy to pick up, meaning that in no time, you can be enjoying this activity on your own.

You will adventure along the Pembrokeshire coast, and you will get a unique view of the Wales coast from the top of your paddleboard.

At our company, we will make sure you feel at ease within the first SUP session. Our qualified instructors will help you improve your technique and give you tips and advice. They have great knowledge about the area, so they will be your best allies to make unforgettable memories.

We are passionate and enthusiastic about what we do. Our team will make sure to give you all the attention you need so you can make the most out of this experience.

We can also organize a bespoke Paddleboarding experience just for your group and you, call us and let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you!

Our boards are large and stable, making them perfect to make you feel comfortable from the first moment you get on the board. This makes it a suitable activity for non-swimmers too.

There is a minimum requirement of 2 people per session, and children must be at least 10 years old to enjoy our SUP sessions.

You will meet your instructor at the beach or harbour, and upon arrival, you will receive all your equipment, including wetsuits, wetsuit boots, paddleboards, and some paddles. We also have gloves and hoods to keep you warm if necessary. Our SUP coaches always carry a first aid kit in a bag just in case. You need to bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
