Fancy a guided paddle?

We run paddleboarding sessions on the River Coquet. As it approaches the sea in Amble, Northumberland, this river widens into a large flat-water space in beautiful surroundings.

Those calm waters are perfect for beginners, so if you’ve been waiting to try SUP, this is your chance! Youngsters from the age of 8 years old are welcome too, as are experienced paddleboarders because there’s a lot to enjoy and explore at this location.

This 2-hour session is led by one of our experienced instructors. They’ll put in the right mix of instruction, guiding and supervising to suit the level of the group. You’ñll get the service that suits you, because we work with small groups of no more than 8 people.

Equipment is provided too. You’ll use our boards and paddles as well as safety equipment - buoyancy aid and wetsuit. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, a towel and a pair of shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
