2h SUP Beginner Session at Paddington (18yrs+)

You can discover London City with a new perspective by having a SUP experience over Paddington Basin. You'll catch stunning views as you disconnect from your reality for a second. Don't be afraid to join us, as you'll be under the guidance of our highly qualified staff, ensuring you have a bespoke experience.

We've been paddling around this area since 2014, so we guarantee we'll take you to explore every corner of it, including the Regents Canal and the Grand Union Canal. We are happy to say we take everyone on a unique experience in an urban river environment, sharing remarkable landmarks of the area and its beauty.

Our sessions are suitable for adults (18yrs+) of all levels. We provide all the equipment, including boards, paddles and buoyancy aid. We recommend you bring shoes you don't mind getting wet, spare clothes, a towel, sunscreen, a retainer for your glasses and a water bottle. Expect two hours of paddling time but a lasting memory! Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.

Your experience includes a safety briefing and land-based tuition to grasp the essential SUP techniques or to refresh your skills if you have paddled before. Your instructor will tailor the session around your needs, guaranteeing you'll gain confidence in no time!
