Are you interested in starting standup paddleboarding?

This whole-body sport is not only good for your physical health but your mental health as well! SUP allows you to de-stress and relax due to the soothing effects of the wáter.

We offer ideal lessons for beginners where we will teach you the basics of this incredible sport! People usually struggle with the standing-up-on-the-board part, but don't worry! We will show you some handy tricks to do it!

The lessons run for 1.5 hours and groups have a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 8. Children must be 12 or above to join the sessions. All children below 18 must be supervised by an adult.

The sessions take place at Scrabster Beach. We provide you with all equipment needed.
