Learn Stand Up Paddleboarding with us at Adventure Kitesurfing Academy and achieve a British Stand Up Paddle Association BSUPA Level 1 qualification.Our course consists in the following:
• Intro into SUP
• Site assessments and Safety
• Tides and weather
• Equipment introduction
• Pre paddle set up and checks
• SUP body positions and balance, 4 Positions
• SUP paddle techniques, 4 Paddle Techniques
• SUP turns, 4 turns
At the end of our lesson you will be able to go Stand Up Paddling safely and independently
