You can give SUP a go by having a fun and rewarding beginner course at Poole Harbour! Have you been here? It's a breathtaking spot in Dorset, ideal for relaxing experiences for solo or group sessions. You won't be disappointed!

You'll be under the supervision and guidance of our AALA-approved instructors who will aim and fit the session around your convenience and needs. We suggest arriving ten minutes before the session to change. We want you to get the best of your experience! We'll start with an onshore briefing and safety guidelines. Then, you'll learn the essentials of paddleboarding to boost your confidence. Don't worry! You can go at your pace.

Once you feel ready, you'll have the chance to venture for a paddling experience. Please allow one hour (approximately) to enjoy without a rush. We tailor our sessions for groups of 2-6 participants, enabling you to bring your friends or family! We supply the equipment. You must bring a wetsuit.

Please be aware we run our sessions during the season and are weather-dependent!
