Paddle boarding is a start to getting out on the waters while increasing your health and acquiring new abilities. You'll strengthen your body and core strength while on the board, making it a good and engaging way to get in shape!

Welcome to Private Group Class in Newquay, Cornwall for an hour and a half!

With regard to the session, we ensure to provide you with the best experience by tailoring the activity based on your preferences. Our experienced instructors will also be there to guide and assist you in having a safe SUP paddle boarding course! Necessary equipment is also included (wetsuit, helmet, buoyancy aid, SUP paddle, and leash).

Participants must be at least 5 years old to join, and those under 12 years old must have a parent/guardian to guide them. Also, please arrive 10 minutes early to your booking time.
