Have you ever tried paddling while standing up? No worries! No prior knowledge or expertise is necessary for this session as it’s for beginners who want to learn how to Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) in Newquay, Cornwall!

Unlike most other water activities, learning to paddleboard is simple and quick if you have the right equipment and training. Using our equipment, and with our experienced instructors, you will be up and paddling by the conclusion of the first lesson!

The lesson starts with a safety briefing and warm-up on the beach then the group moves onto the waters of Newquay Harbour. You might be paddling on your knees at first, but you’ll be doing SUP for real by the end.

Participants must be at least 8 years old to participate in this activity. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
