Join us at East Strand Water Sports Centre in Portrush; from here, many wonders of the Causeway Coast are yours to explore!

This location gives us unique access to the calm ocean and stunning coastline, an ideal setting for a SUP Lesson with plenty of sights to enjoy while learning from one of our ISA-qualified instructors.

We welcome everyone aged six and above, regardless of previous experience, to this session; we will brief you beforehand on safety measures and introduce you to the fundamentals of paddle boarding before setting off on an exciting adventure towards Ramore Head along the rock coastline, getting expert advice from your passionate instructor helping to sharpen your skills.

You will do and see so much in two hours; SUP is not only a great way to exercise the body but a brilliant to take a break from the stresses of life, taking in the fresh sea air and enjoying views of the Skerries Islands as you paddle and maintain your balance.

We provide all the equipment for the lesson, including the paddle board, paddle, wetsuit and buoyancy aid. We also have changing rooms and warm showers available upon request.
