Description of 1h-Adult SUP Taster Session (18yrs+) at Wargrave

Paddleboarding is one of those sports that help you to relax, exercise and enjoy magical surroundings. It's never too soon or late to grab a paddle and embark on a SUP session. It's delightful and rewarding!

You can be part of our open taster sessions designed to welcome beginners who haven't paddled before. We run our experiences in multiple locations, but this time we'll take you to Wargrove, a stunning spot in Berkshire. Our SUP sessions welcome everyone, regardless of backgrounds and abilities, enabling you to mingle with like-minded people.

We supply all the equipment and tuition. Our boards come with a leash, and we provide a floatation device. You'll be under the supervision of our experienced instructors with first aid skills, ensuring your safety at all times. We recommend covering your legs and feet with plasters and bringing comfortable footwear.

You must be over 18 years and be able to swim old to join. Children have a discounted price and are welcome with adult supervision. Your paddleboarding taster is 60 minutes long, guaranteeing paddling skills in no time.
