These self-guided sessions take place in open-top kayaks, and are for people who have experience in this watersport. If you haven't had a go at kayaking before, we recommend that you take a beginner's session with us first.

In this session, you'll explore the River Thames as it winds its way through Kingston upon Thames. You'll follow a route that takes around 2 hours to complete, and takes you through beatiful scenery with every stoke of the paddle.

You'll start your session with a quick safety briefing. Our team will provide all the equipment, including the kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid and a map of the river. Then you can set off at your own pace!
