Sounds good, doesn’t it? It’s what you can find if you join us on a kayaking tour of the River Soar - the most important river in the county of Leicestershire.

We meet at the riverside in Barrow upon Soar, where our watersports guides will give you a safety briefing and assign the equipment. We have single and double kayaks on offer, alongside paddles and life jackets.

Then we’ll take a two-hour tour of the river. The special thing is that it’s split into several channels here, meaning that we can complete winding loops or figure-of-eight circuits that deliver us back to our starting point.

The tour is of low difficulty, so you don’t need to be a very experienced kayaker. We can take children too, so ask about our discounted price for under 18s.
