If you want to experience a full-adrenaline activity, you can come and try this White Water Kayaking Adventure!

Experienced kayakers will find this offer the perfect opportunity to take it up a notch and to paddle on white water rapids. It may also serve as a great way to hone your skills or learn new ones with the help of our superb instructors.

This paddling session takes place on the River Irwell near Bury or the River Mersey in South Manchester. You'll need to be reasonably proficient on flat water (roughly equivalent to BCU 2 star award) before coming on this course. During the day, we will teach you the basic skills of white water paddling and then let you head out and practise while being supervised by one of our qualified instructors.

A highly prepared instructor will guide the session, starting with a quick briefing, covering all safety procedures. Equipment is included.

Our kayaking sessions are suitable for people +14 years old.
