Both activities are run professionally by instructors who supply all the equipment. You’ll need to have some appropriate clothing and footwear in your suitcase to enjoy them but that’s all.

You’ll also want a swimming costume because we have a hot tub at our stunning accommodation in Ardstraw, County Tyrone. Don’t forget your best threads either, because we’ll take you out on the town on one of the nights of this two-night package.
