It's a one-to-one session with our qualified Life and Executive Coach, Simone. She's a Neuro-linguistic programme practitioner and practical philosophy and meditation expert with multiple years of experience in this field. She'll help you to reconnect with your inner self as you spend a day in the forest riding a horse. It doesn't matter if you haven't ridden a horse before, as we will ensure you get the confidence and basic-technique abilities to enjoy your ride.

We'll explore the Wicklow Mountains, the perfect spot to breathe clean air and enjoy a fresh breeze. We will cover multiple topics during your session, giving you a different outlook and a deeper meaning to your purpose in life, including developing self-esteem and confidence, time management, increasing motivation, self-care and more. Whatever your reason is, we'll meet your expectations.

It's one hour of riding time. We have a variety of Irish horses to fit your preferences. They are loving and very well-behaved! We recommend bringing comfortable clothing and shoes to enjoy your experience at its best. We promise it's a life-changing session for people 12 years old and upwards!
