Tope & Bass Fishing at Ilfracombe Harbour for 10h

Climb aboard the Predator II, a 38ft Evolution and join us for an amazing adventure on a worthy vessel that will lead you to make the catches you so desire!

We target all types of fish on our North Devon coastal adventures, but this fishing trip from Ilfracombe Harbour is all about catching Tope and Bass, of which there will be plenty to find when you have our experienced and passionate skipper guiding you.

Firstly, we will brief you and equip you with all the rods and tackle you need for this full day of fishing on this stunning coastline that will last between 8 and 10 hours, giving us plenty of time to explore, catch fish and have fun.

We start the hunt for fish by using the tide to our advantage as it pushes us over rocks and reefs where we can target Bass until the waves disappear and the fish stop feeding, then it's Tope time.

Not far offshore, we will find the perfect spot to anchor and begin our search for Tope; with a bit of luck, we will be successful, but in the meantime, you can learn valuable skills from the professionals and soak the sea atmosphere with stunning sights to enjoy in all directions.

This is a long trip, so we advise warm & waterproof clothing, a packed lunch and some soft or hot drinks if you have a travel mug.
