Independent diving requires the appropriate training, equipment and attitude - all of which can be taught in order to allow you to dive responsibly. With our Self Reliant Diver PADI Course at Holborough Lakes, Snodland, Kent, you'll be able to safely engage in dives without a dive buddy! 

Over the course of 2 days, you'll learn about the mental discipline and commitment needed to take your diving journey to the next level. Self reliant diving is incredibly adventurous and opens up your world to the vastness of the open ocean - it gives you a freedom you never thought possible! 

Through a mix of theory review sessions and practical dives, you'll be taught how to handle situations in which you would normally be reliant on a buddy - including adequate planning using air consumption rate calculations, life support system redundancy and independent management of emergency situations. 

All supplementary equipment is provided, and the dive centre has heated change facilities for everyone's convenience. All you'll need is your scuba gear and a towel!
