This equipment includes a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, neoprene socks and gloves to mitigate risks. Our only requirement is that everyone brings some swimwear under their wetsuit, a towel, a sturdy pair of trainers or boots and shorts to wear over the wetsuit.
