Half-Day Beginner Climbing at Torridon Hills

Are you thinking about starting climbing? You can join our private sessions for beginners! They are ideal for people with no climbing experience or with little experience.

We run our taster sessions in the Gairloch, Torridon and Ullapool areas. These spots are completely suitable for beginners, ensuring a bespoke time. We will start your climbing experience by setting the harness and supplying helmets. Don't worry if this is your first time because we will do a little warm-up to get confident!

You'll be under the guidance of a professional climber who will set up routes with tied ropes to keep you safe during your adventure. Once you get familiar with the equipment and the venue, it will be time to get a sense of freedom by climbing the mountain. It's a morning or afternoon session. You will have the best perspectives of the Scottish Highlands once you reach the top. It's a very rewarding feeling.

We can add an abseiling experience without additional cost if you want to try it out as well! You can also celebrate an event such as birthdays, stag and hen parties or team-building activities. We are more than happy to assist you! The minimum age to participate is eight years old, enabling your little ones to join, having a ratio of 1:6 per session.
