Canoeing Tour on the River Tweed (4yrs+) for 3h

If you have always considered trying a water sport but never dared to do it, this is your moment.

We invite you to join us on a canoeing trip down the River Tweed from Peebles to Innerleithen. As the crow flies, it’s about 6 miles but the meanders of the iver make this feel like a long journey of discovery through a striking landscape.

It takes about three hours to complete the route. Our instructors will start the experience with some basic canoeing instruction. In our Canadian canoes, it’s easy to get a feel for the boat and start moving with no problems.

Our canoes are big enough for two people each, so adults can take a child as young as four years old with them. We can take groups of up to eight people on each trip.

The canoes also have storage barrels, where you can keep your belongings safe and dry for the trip. We ask that you bring drinks, snacks, a change of clothes, and old shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. All of the technical equipment is supplied by us.
