Woodland Archery Session in Richmond for 2h

The tension of the bow string, the whizz of the arrow through the air, and the thrill of hitting the bullseye - all of these can be yours on our archery range!


We’re located near the town of Richmond  where the landscape rises up towards the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It’s the perfect place for shooting bows and arrows in the stillness of the forest, whether you’re a first time archer or a veritable Robin Hood.


The price of this session includes all of the equipment that you need to excel on the range. As well as the bows, arrows and targets, we will also give you safety equipment so that you can focus on your aim and technique. You just need to wear a good pair of shoes and clothes that are suitable for the season.


The activity is led by a trained and experienced instructor, who’ll take you through the basics using the equipment and include some advanced tuition, covering such skills as adjusting your aim to counteract the wind. They can also keep the session dynamic with games, competitions and challenges.


This is a group activity which people of all ages can enjoy, so it’s a great choice for birthday parties or stag and hen dos. It lasts between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the size of your group, and it’s easy to create a full day programme of fun by combining archery with other activities.
