Welcome to Mile End Climbing Wall

We are based in Mile End, London, and are run by the charity ‘DEVELOPMENT through CHALLENGE’, which loves to promote health and fitness and the feelings of achievement that exercise brings to everyone, children, teenagers, and adults. We welcome all abilities and levels of experience, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. We can teach you the basics, as well as help you improve existing skills. Our facilities include over1500 square metres of climbing space, and we also have a great bouldering course.

All of our instructors are friendly, experienced and qualfied, and will help you feel safe and confident on the wall. We offer a range of courses, including Taster Courses, perfect for beginners to come and have a go and see if they like the sport, plus a beginners course, which is a perfect follow on from the Taster Course. We also have courses for children, and love helping to get them interested in the sport!
